1. Project Support

SAP Financial Solutions will always provide post go-live support for any project it has been involved with. The length and amount of support delivered is completely flexible. We are also available to provide ongoing support subject to the signing of a support contract. This would be especially valuable where we have delivered significant customer specific functionality and it is required to be continuously improved.

2. Independent Review

SAP Financial Solutions is happy to provide an independent review of an existing SAP implementation or a proposed SAP implementation / development. We would also like the opportunity to tender for the contact to implement any proposed SAP system or development. Please contact us for more details.

3. Support Contracts

SAP Financial Solutions will tender for requests to support any existing SAP implementation. Of particular interest to us are requests that involve managing the continuous development of the SAP implementation in conjunction with the support requirement. Please contact us for more details.

4. Additional SAP Support

We have commited our future to SAP as we like the products and feel secure with their product support. Every installation has the companies inherent support and they can provide generic help at any stage of the project from training courses to providing engineers to review bespoke customer functionality. External SAP consultants are provided with an online community, including user groups, training courses and product updates. SAP has a dedicated support desk to fix bugs in its product. Improvements created by external consultants are even incorporated in the next SAP general release.
